We have recently invested in a three-dimensional measuring machine (CMM) as well as in training the quality team to support our Customers in complex projects or those requiring increased precision. This machine is installed in a climate-controlled area, allowing us to maximize repeatability and accuracy in our measurements.

This new precision control tool meets several objectives of Gradel Baudin's improvement strategy:

• Ensuring measurements on parts with complex morphology and geometry
• Providing greater flexibility, reliability, and speed in measurement
• Controlling according to standardized protocols and simplified the measurement correlation process with our clients

Our expertise now allows us to work on systems such as:

• Joints screws ensuring thread continuity. This allows our clients to use our screws in lengths exceeding 6 meters, particularly simplifying the transport and handling of parts.
• Indexed machining at the position of a thread or another complex shape. This allows our clients, for instance, to position holes for pins, keys, and other components in systems requiring precision assemblies.
• Ensuring the dimensional conformity of complex machining to the thousandth of a millimeter to meet the needs of our clients where compromise is not an option.
